In which we visit the St. Sebastian cemetery

24.05.13

After finding our rooms and dropping off our stuff, we went on a walk around the city, starting with the cemetery adjoining the St. Sebastian Institute.

This was the chapel.

One of the cemetery's famous inhabitants is Paracelsus.

The more ornate monuments are built into the walls around the perimeter of the cemetery.

There's a mausoleum in the middle.

Here's a view of the walkways around the perimeter that housed the larger monuments.

This cemetery is also notable for housing the remains of Mozart's family members.
